Our Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Real Passione. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags still attached
In the original packaging (where possible)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly sent:

Panties, thongs, G-strings, and briefs
Bodysuits and one-piece items with a gusset
Any item where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed

How to Return

Contact us — Email hello@realpassione.com with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of delivery
Receive instructions — We will respond within 2 business days with the return address and instructions
Ship the item — Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is defective)
Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent)
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@realpassione.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item

We will arrange return shipping at our cost and provide either a full refund or a replacement — your choice.

EU Statutory Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without giving any reason. This right does not apply to items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons once the seal has been broken. To exercise this right, please notify us by email within 14 days.
