Discreet Packaging

Every Real Passione order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no brand name, product description, or any indication of contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our highest priority.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Real Passione has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@realpassione.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
