Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using realpassione.com or placing an order. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor calibration
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent every variation
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw products, and update descriptions without notice
  • Product dimensions and weights are approximate

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors discovered before or after order placement
  • If a material pricing error is discovered after your order, we will notify you and offer cancellation or the corrected price
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders — these are the buyer’s sole responsibility

4. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order without providing a reason
  • Cancel an order before dispatch (with full refund) if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error is found
  • Request additional verification for unusual or high-value orders

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Payment must be received within 3 business days. Orders unpaid after 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
  • Cash on Delivery: Available in eligible regions as shown at checkout.

We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping: $9.99 | Free on orders over $75
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (international); delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging — no brand name or product description on the exterior
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • We ship to most countries worldwide; we reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations
  • Nexara Digital Ventures Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control

7. Returns & Refunds

General returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Hygiene exclusions: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly sent:

  • Panties, thongs, G-strings, and briefs
  • Bodysuits and one-piece swimwear with a gusset
  • Items where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken

Return process:

  1. Email hello@realpassione.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days

Refund method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

EU consumers: You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to items excluded for hygiene reasons (as listed above) after the seal has been broken.

UK consumers: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@realpassione.com with photos. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on realpassione.com — including the Real Passione brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and website design — is owned by or licensed to Nexara Digital Ventures Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@realpassione.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Nexara Digital Ventures Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that:

  • Consumers in the European Union also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence
  • EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide at least 7 days’ notice of material changes.
